Thanks to both Jonathan and Jim who have both been total gentlemen during the whole purchasing and installation process.  Jim was very helpful, and did a great job with the installation.  He provided instruction in both the use and care of the stair lift and the entire enterprise has been a positive experience.  I use the stair lift daily.
